Copyrights and Use of Articles

 

Since the journal is open access, the copyright of an article published by KRITIKE remains with its author. Moreover, an article can be translated or reprinted upon the discretion of its author, provided that full reference is made to KRITIKE as the original medium of publication.

Please cite an article as follows:

When citing an article as a bibliographical entry, start with the author's surname, then name; title of the article in quotation marks; name of the journal in italics, KRITIKE; volume number; issue number; month and year of publication; page numbers; then URL of the article.

E.g., Dela Cruz, Juan, "Does Filipino Philosophy Exist?," in KRITIKE, 1:1 (June 2007), 1-20, <http://www.kritike.org/journal/issue_#/delacruz_june2007.pdf>.

When citing an article in your footnotes or endnotes, start with the name of the author; title of the article in quotation marks; name of the journal in italics, KRITIKE; volume number; issue number; month and year of publication; page numbers; then URL of the article.
